Bo'ness has a lot to offer for those willing to look. An abundance of sports and leisure facilites from the basics of walking, swimming and cycling to more specialist activities such as sailing, riding, team sports and more. For all ages from great play areas for the little ones particularly at the Douglas Park through to three fine bowling clubs. Sports include football (playing or watching at the famous 3 times Scottish Cup winning Bo'ness United (c'mon the BU's) through ladies football and the newly formed Bo'ness Rugby Club.
